● Avoid strenuous exercise, hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, and swimming for at least 24–48 hours.

● Protect your skin by applying a broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher every day and avoiding direct sun exposure.

● Your complexion should appear smoother, brighter, clearer, and more radiant.

● Continue using gentle skincare, daily moisturizer, and sunscreen to maintain your results.

● For concerns such as acne, pigmentation, or signs of aging, your esthetician may recommend a series of 5 treatments, spaced 4–6 weeks apart, for optimal results.
