TERM

– Billing cycle begin on the 1st day of the month
– Initiation fee $109.00
– Unused Membership Treatment can be rolled over up to 60 days
– Minimum join for six (6) months
– Cancelable at any time after 6 months of membership
– 30 day cancellation notice is required.
– Non-transferable
– No cash value
– Members are encouraged to tip on the full price of services
