Went with my girlfriends for a girls day! they were accommodating and were able to fit us all in for the same time slot. the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Kerrie was so nice and walked me through the VIP facial letting me know everything she was doing. she also made it a point to address my specific skin concerns and gave me tips on how to maintain my skin through the different seasonal changes. overall great experience and would definitely come back.

I've come here half a dozen times by now and I must say, I'm very pleased w the package I invested in. 10 facials for about $1000 seemed steep initially, but considering how much a facial in nyc was, I thought it was a good investment. My initial facial was at a very discounted price bc I was a new customer.
The front desk girls are very sweet, professional, and informative. The place itself is very clean, and they seem to always run on time. I've had all but one facial with Tina. She is FANTASTIC! She's truthful about what needs work and what to improve on at home, but certainly not insulting about it. I always leave feeling like a new person and very rejuvenated. They will also make recommendations, but aren't pushy, which is appreciated.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for facials. They also just got some new beds that are heated and have some nifty reclining features for added comfort.

I've gotten facials at a number of spas before finding this gem. This place is a game changer. I've become a consistent client since and my skin couldn't be happier. HIGHLY recommend the customized facial at SKN Spa. The service is personalized to your skin type and needs, at a reasonable price.

75 minute organic facial, only thing bad about it was that it ended. Spa is immaculate and the bed is dreamy. My esthetician Yo-Yo was awesome. The room was warm, dimly lit, and provided for a super relaxing environment. Check out Groupon’s they have pretty good deals. Definitely will be back in the near future.

I was very impressed with the service at this spa; from booking a group of appointments as a UK-based customer through to the service we all received on the day. The spa was in a convenient location for our hotel. We all thoroughly enjoyed our facials, which were extremely relaxing.

Great find in Hell's Kitchen. Office staff is professional. Yo Yo is my esthetician and takes very good care of my skin. I started going 3 months ago as my skin was transitioning from my home in FL to NYC. I was freaking out, but she knew what to do and recommended an eye cream and moisturizer to help me get through the adjustment. They don't push product at you. I go every 4 weeks. Highly recommend.

Great spa. Jenny gave me a soothing facial with a seaweed mask that made my face glow. Excellent face, neck and shoulders massage too. Relaxing, serene atmosphere and thoughtful touches--combs and brushes, make up etc in the restroom area so you can fix yourself up a little before going out and facing the world again. After your service, they serve you tea and a little sweet on a white tray with a lavender scented cloth to refresh yourself. Wonderful.

This place is so amazing. I had the pleasure to have my facial done by the one and only Tina. She was absolutely thorough with me. She examined my skin and let me know what steps that she will be taking. The facial massage was accompanied by some shoulders work as well. I have slight insomnia and Tina’s hands put me right to sleep! What I liked about her was she asked me about the temperature of the room. A lot of spas like it really cold whereas I like it warm just because I’m anemic. She has gifted hands. Everyone at the spa were delightful by the way. The receptionist was super friendly and efficient. I had such a great experience I decided to make it home. I’ll definitely will be getting routine facials here from now on.

One of the best facials I’ve ever had. Clean, mellow, space, with excellent attention to detail. Clean organic products. And amazing job on extractions, one of the best I’ve ever had. Couldn’t believe the difference they made on my face. Without irritation or bad reaction.

I had my first facial here recently and it was an amazing experience! As a male, having never done a facial, and with a beard, I had no idea what to expect. Kerri was my esthetician and was great about making me feel comfortable while also educating me on my skin, and the facial process. I was never left wondering what was going on or what that tingling feeling was, she proactively shared these details which made the first-time experience so great.
She recommended a skin care regimen and wasn't pushy with trying to sell products.
I walked out finally understanding why women are so excited to get facials (shh don't tell my fiance I said such things).
My fiance goes here too and gets her facials with Fairy.
