Went with my girlfriends for a girls day! they were accommodating and were able to fit us all in for the same time slot. the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Kerrie was so nice and walked me through the VIP facial letting me know everything she was doing. she also made it a point to address my specific skin concerns and gave me tips on how to maintain my skin through the different seasonal changes. overall great experience and would definitely come back.

I've come here half a dozen times by now and I must say, I'm very pleased w the package I invested in. 10 facials for about $1000 seemed steep initially, but considering how much a facial in nyc was, I thought it was a good investment. My initial facial was at a very discounted price bc I was a new customer.
The front desk girls are very sweet, professional, and informative. The place itself is very clean, and they seem to always run on time. I've had all but one facial with Tina. She is FANTASTIC! She's truthful about what needs work and what to improve on at home, but certainly not insulting about it. I always leave feeling like a new person and very rejuvenated. They will also make recommendations, but aren't pushy, which is appreciated.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for facials. They also just got some new beds that are heated and have some nifty reclining features for added comfort.

I've gotten facials at a number of spas before finding this gem. This place is a game changer. I've become a consistent client since and my skin couldn't be happier. HIGHLY recommend the customized facial at SKN Spa. The service is personalized to your skin type and needs, at a reasonable price.
I've recommended this spa to several friends and all have loved it. Aestheticians are all experienced, and I can personally advocate for YoYo. She is committed to her clients and for that reason, I will continue to trust her with my skin!
I was very impressed with the service at this spa; from booking a group of appointments as a UK-based customer through to the service we all received on the day. The spa was in a convenient location for our hotel. We all thoroughly enjoyed our facials, which were extremely relaxing.

I had my first facial here recently and it was an amazing experience! As a male, having never done a facial, and with a beard, I had no idea what to expect. Kerri was my esthetician and was great about making me feel comfortable while also educating me on my skin, and the facial process. I was never left wondering what was going on or what that tingling feeling was, she proactively shared these details which made the first-time experience so great.
She recommended a skin care regimen and wasn't pushy with trying to sell products.
I walked out finally understanding why women are so excited to get facials (shh don't tell my fiance I said such things).
My fiance goes here too and gets her facials with Fairy.
