Reservations
- Spa services are available by appointment, though walk-ins are welcome. To book a reservation, all clients must provide a credit card or gift certificate number. For the best availability, please schedule your appointments in advance.
- Online reservations at sknspanyc.com require prepayment with a valid credit card or gift certificate.
- All clients are subject to the 24-hour cancellation policy. To change or cancel an online booking, please call us directly.
Check-In
- Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time. All clients are required to complete a profile prior to their services.
- Due to limited capacity, children and family members who do not have an appointment are not permitted to stay in the waiting area or in the treatment rooms.
- We love animals, but for hygienic reasons, pets are not allowed in the spa.
Late Arrivals
- Timely arrival is crucial. Clients who arrive late will not receive an extension of their scheduled service. Full payment is required even if the service is not completed due to late arrival.
Cancellations/No-Show
- All clients, including spa members and package holders, must adhere to our 24-hour cancellation policy. If you do not notify us of a cancellation or change at least 24 hours before your scheduled spa service, your appointment will be considered confirmed, and you will be charged a $25 fee. Please note that weather conditions do not exempt you from this late cancellation fee.
- A no-show will also incur a $25 fee.
Gift Certificates/Spa Promotions/Third-Party Vouchers
- All gift certificates and vouchers must be mentioned and approved at the time of booking.
- Spa specials cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or third-party gift certificates.
- Introductory promotions, offers, vouchers, and third-party gift cards or certificates can only be used once. If the service is not covered in full, you will need to pay the difference between the promotional value and the original cost of the service.
Return Policies
- All spa services and gift certificates are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for store credit, which may be used toward other services or products. No refunds are provided for services rendered.
- Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase if they are unopened and in their original packaging. Returned products will be exchanged for store credit, which may be applied toward other services or gift certificates. No exchanges are accepted after 14 days or for opened products.
Series Policy
- All series from SKN Spa have no expiration date and can be shared with friends and family. To redeem a series for someone else, simply book the appointment in their name and mention that the series will be redeemed on your behalf.
- All series must be pre-deposited or prepaid before usage. Partial deposits can be made in two payments.
Series services can be exchanged or upgraded at an additional cost. - If a series is canceled after usage, previously used services will be charged at the original, non-discounted prices. The remaining balance of the series will be converted to store credit, which can be applied toward other services or gift certificates.

Gratuities
- Our listed rates do not include gratuity. A cash gratuity of 15-20% of each service price is customary and appreciated. However, the amount of gratuity you leave is entirely at your discretion and based on your satisfaction with the service.
Payment
- We accept all major credit cards. Personal or traveler’s checks are not accepted. Please mention any gift cards, vouchers, or certificates at the time of booking.

- Health Conditions: Please inform us at the time of booking about any health conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, or special needs that may affect your services.
- Cleanliness: We are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. All equipment is sterilized and sanitized after each service and treatment to ensure your safety and health.
- Loss or Damage: We cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items. For the protection of your clothing, we recommend using the robe provided.
- Cell Phones: To ensure a relaxing experience for all guests, please mute cell phones during your visit and maintain conversations at a considerate volume in all spa areas.
Privacy Policy
- We are deeply committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information, including credit card details, address, phone numbers, and email address, is kept confidential. We do not share your personal information or email with third parties and will never sell or distribute individual personal data.
